Increase in renewable energy generation pushes intraday trading volume in 2019

The Netherlands produced slightly more electricity in 2019 (97 TWh) compared to 2018 (93 TWh). 2019 also saw an increase in the intraday trade volume. These are some of the findings in TenneT’s Annual Market Update 2019.
